Terms of use

The short version: your keys, your coins, your calls. We curate hard and publish everything, but minting is your decision and it is final. The long version is below.

1. What this is

Brainless Hood Pad is a curated launchpad interface for NFT collections. We review collections, publish their schedules and host their mint pages. We are software and a front-end, not a broker, not a custodian, not an exchange.

2. Your wallet is your account

There are no sign-ups, passwords or accounts. You connect a self-custodial wallet and you keep the keys. We can never move, freeze or recover your assets, and neither can anyone else. Lose your keys and the assets are gone. That is how self-custody works.

3. Curation is not endorsement

Every collection listed here got a human review: art, team, plan and contract parameters. A review lowers risk; it does not remove it. We do not guarantee any collection's future, its team's conduct, its floor price or its liquidity.

4. Nothing here is financial advice

Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice, or a solicitation to buy anything. NFTs are volatile and frequently illiquid. Assume you can lose everything you spend. Do your own research and never mint more than you can comfortably write off.

5. Transactions are final

Mints execute on-chain against the collection's contract. Once a transaction confirms it cannot be reversed, cancelled or refunded by us. You are responsible for gas, for checking the network you are on, and for confirming what you are signing.

6. Fees

Mint proceeds go to the collection contract, which the creator owns. We take a launch fee, disclosed to the creator before launch. We never hold your funds, your contract, your royalties or your treasury.

7. Creators

If you launch here, you confirm you own or are licensed to use the art you upload, that your collection is not a copy of someone else's work, and that your public statements about it are true. You deploy as owner and you remain responsible for your project and your community.

8. Don't do this

No wash trading, no market manipulation, no impersonating other collections or people, no infringing or illegal content, no scraping or attacking the service, and no using the site where doing so breaks your local law or sanctions rules.

9. Availability

The interface is provided as-is, without warranties. Blockchains, RPC providers, wallets and this front-end can all fail or go offline. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from any collection listed on it.

10. Changes

These terms can change as the product does. Material changes get announced in our channels. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
